CROSSFIT CLASSES
Do you have trouble being motivated to get into the gym? Tired of doing the same routine? Looking for a program that will challenge you everyday? Come workout with a team that has similar goals as you! Our CrossFit Classes are instructor lead to keep you on task and perform with good form. Our programming is different everyday and we use SugarWOD to track performance. Classes are 1 hour long and include warm-up Strength or skill and the Workout of the Day. Perfect for people that want to change their lives for better health and fitness.
